Not sure if something has changed since this issue was opened, but all I had to do to use the ant scp and sshexec tasks was drop the ant-jsch.jar into gradle's lib dir. This made ant.scp() and ant.sshexec() immediately available. The jsch jar itself already appears to be present (not sure why). |

If one drives the build with the Wrapper, then where is "gradle's lib dir"? I have ANT_HOME set in the environment, with the jsch jar present in ANT_HOME/lib, and the scp Ant task still will not run. I get this "
Do not panic, this is a common problem. This is not a bug; it is a configuration problem " |

As announced on the Gradle blog we are planning to completely migrate issues from JIRA to GitHub. We intend to prioritize issues that are actionable and impactful while working more closely with the community. Many of our JIRA issues are inactionable or irrelevant. We would like to request your help to ensure we can appropriately prioritize JIRA issues you’ve contributed to. Please confirm that you still advocate for your JIRA issue before December 10th, 2016 by:
We look forward to collaborating with you more closely on GitHub. Thank you for your contribution to Gradle! |
