I've studied chapter 21 "Dependency management" and found some things to improve there. The included patch contains:

• minor typos fix
• changes in the first part (it was rather messy, too many things mentioned at once etc), now the structure looks like this:

P.S. this chapter still requires a lot of work. Some parts should undergo a serious change. But it's a bigger task, that I can't do now (and I don't think I can handle it on my own). Stay tuned, will be back with this topic.
