 Description   

This is a regression in 3.1. Works in 3.0.

Reproduce:
On Windows > Install Eclipse > Install 'TM Terminal' (from Neon Update Site) > Open View 'Terminal' > new 'Local Terminal'

This was caused by updating the JAnsi (2.2.1 -> 1.13) in this commit:
https://github.com/gradle/gradle/commit/c63cf838ec9e40b2ca3317e5ab8186f0b142b83b

I checked the different Jansi versions and this still works with Jansi 1.11 (and breaks with 1.12 and 1.13).

I think we should switch to 1.11 for now and report the issue to Jansi.
