 Description   

Setting the log level with the logging manager has no effect when running with --daemon.

Test case:
task logbug <<

{ logging.level = LogLevel.INFO logger.info("test info") logger.quiet("test quiet") }

$ ./gradlew logbug
:logbug
test info
test quiet

$ ./gradlew --daemon logbug
:logbug
test quiet
