 Description   

Scenario:

1. I kick off a build with `gradle build` (daemon is enabled)
2. Two minutes into the build, it becomes slow or unresponsive
3. I'd like to see info- or debug-level logging to diagnose the issue, but must kill and restart the build to add the appropriate comand line switches

The Gradle Daemon is by definition aware of all running builds. A UI, whether swing-based or integrated with IDEA or Eclipse tooling, could allow users to browse the set of builds in progress and manipulate settings like log levels.
