 Description   

Repro steps:

  1. start gradle daemon
  2. run a successful gradle clean
  3. start a gradle build
  4. ctrl-c before the process completes
  5. start gradle build once again
  6. notice the process hangs

This happens frequently for me, though I can't say whether it's been 100% of the time.

I've also noticed that if I leave the process alone long enough, it will sometimes return and complete execution. For example, I had a post ctrl-c gradle clean take 58 seconds all inclusive.

After posting this, I tried ctrl-c a couple more times, and the hanging was not reliably repeatable. So it may take some playing around to reproduce this one.
