Multiple SourceSets can name the same classes directory. Would be awesome if they could track which classes it compiled there and which resources it copied there.

As announced on the Gradle blog we are planning to completely migrate issues from JIRA to GitHub.

I still personally think this would be nice-to-have. But I also recognize that this has gotten zero love from the Gradle team. So just as I suggested wrt
