 Description   

Date/times in HTML test reports are ISO8601 date/times. They have no timezone specifications and so local time is assumed. However as at 2009-03-30 in London Gradle is reporting GMT instead of BST. So either times reported are always GMT (aka UTC aka Zulu) and should have +00:00 appended or actual local time should be reported along with the correct timezone specification.

Thanks again for reporting this issue. We haven't heard back from you after our inquiry from November 15th. We are closing this issue now. Please create an issue on GitHub if you still feel passionate about getting it resolved.
