This is done now isn't it?

Btw, another "nice to have" here would be the ability to load a gradle project that does not have [apply plugin: 'org.gradle.idea'] defined into IntelliJ. Perhaps thats a separate issue.

@Steve It is a more generic issue. And yes, I agree, you should be able to apply plugins from the command line.
