I'm not sure if this is a bug or simply something missing in my task class

attaching testcase
run
gradle :tad:testng -D:tad:testng.single=PortsTest2
to see the problem, and run
gradle :tad:testng2 -D:tad:testng2.single=PortsTest2
to see that without the custom task it works ok

ok - attaching file didn't work with Firefox but did with IE
