If you have say org.testng/testng/testng-5.8-jdk14.jar in your ivy cache, but you have a build that needs testng-5.8-jdk15.jar then Ivy can't tell that they are different and will just use testng-5.8-jdk14.jar. A potential solution would be to map each classifier version to a different ivy module configuration instead of relying on Ivy's broken classifier support. |
