 Description   

While working on gradle itself we find it useful to exclude a particular test from tests execution. The main use case is when there's a test that fails but we know about it and we still want to run the entire build. Currently we can only exclude entire suites/tests for subproject.

Effectively the feature is the a reverse of -Dtest.single
