incorrect behavior of idea plugin after upgrade to milestone-2

Due to incorrect merging running 'idea gradle' led to problems importing resulting project to the IDEA. Fix already pushed and new snapshot released.

In order to take immediate advantage of the fix, please configure your wrapper accordingly:
